Tim Krenz – Lead Pastor
Tim and Christine have had the privilege to call Lloydminster their community home since 1997, excluding a 6-year overseas family adventure in Cambodia as prayer pastors in an international church. They have a passion to exalt Jesus while serving to equip followers of Christ in the local church. Desiring to assist people of all ages to know and encounter the living God is their focus. Holistic healing of spirit, soul and body in community with teaching, prayer and deliverance ministry is their pursuit. They have a strong commitment to preach the Word of God and nurture an empowering relationship with the Spirit of God. They desire to seek and experience the kingdom of God and host His presence personally, in their family, in their church community, and beyond.
Pastor Tim joined the Southridge staff in September 2024.
Glen Peregrym – Associate Pastor
Glen Peregrym is a pastor, farmer, husband, and father with a passion for helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and experience the presence of God. He has served in ministry in various capacities since 2005, sharing a particular passion for worship, teaching God’s Word, encouraging people in their faith, and building a church community where people feel welcomed, connected, and cared for.
Glen and his wife, Christine, have three teenage children. Outside of ministry, Glen enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids’ activities, and farming.
Pastor Glen joined the staff in October 2026.
Rhonda Friesen – Office Administrator
Rhonda is a lifelong resident of Lloydminster. She married Arden in 1993. She serves our church family with a natural affinity for organization, practical problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Walking out her spiritual giftings of administration and discernment, Rhonda’s focus is to support the ministry team and congregation by keeping track of the details and helping navigate
day-to-day challenges with a thoughtful heart.
Rhonda and Arden have three creative, adult children and are deeply enriched by their three young grandchildren who live close by. Outside of the office, Rhonda is an accomplished visual artist and watercolorist. You can find her artwork online via Instagram at BirdsnBlossomsArtStudio, and she is the illustrator of the children’s book, The Donkey So Brown. If you pop by her desk, be sure to ask her about her unique Bible Journaling projects!
Rhonda joined the Southridge staff in July 2020.
Carson Peters – Worship Practicum
Carson grew up in Neilburg surrounded by a deeply musical family. His own lifelong passion for music is evident in his versatile talents; he plays the piano, drums, and ocarina, alongside singing and beatboxing. After high school, Carson enjoyed a foundational year studying at Millar College of the Bible, where he actively participated on a worship team serving the student body.
Carson’s dedication to ministry extends into his summers, having spent them at Manitou Lake Bible Camp for nearly as long as he can remember. In recent years, he was excited to graduate from camper to a valued member of their summer ministry staff.
When he isn’t practicing music or serving at the church, Carson enjoys settling into his new life as a homeowner. He is also an avid gamer, with his absolute favorite series being The Legend of Zelda.
Carson joined Southridge as a worship practicum at in September 2025.
